Warranty

Overhaul and Exchange:
CVG Aerospace liability for overhauled is conditional on defects becoming apparent within 12 months from the date of shipment.

CVG Aerospace warrants each component to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage, and providing installation and handling has been accomplished in accordance with prescribed good maintenance procedures. Obligation under this warranty, however, shall be limited to repairing or replacing any of our overhauled items which shall be shown by inspection in our shops to be defective within the warranty limits stated above.

All warranty assessments and repairs must be performed by CVG Aerospace, LLC.

Warranty will be considered void if any of the following conditions exist:

1. External damage.
2. Any other evidence of mishandling.
3. Tampered CVG Aerospace warranty seals.
4. Defects resulting from improper use or installation.

 This warranty is limited and exclusive. CVG Aerospace makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.

Repair:
CVG Aerospace liability for repaired instruments is conditional on defects becoming apparent within 6 months from the date of shipment.

Warranty is limited to those items related to previous repair
